All instruments (for orders – over €499 / $499) ordered or pre-ordered from polyend.com will ship to you with no additional costs, taxes, or fees. You can be confident the only charges when purchasing an instrument at polyend.com will be when you pay via our website. This offer does not apply to accessories, cases or covers.

Please note that Credit / Debit card fees are not covered by Polyend.

Try at home for 45 days

Have you ever wondered what the experience with our instruments would be like? Despite hours of watching demos on the Internet, and tons of reviews, is it just market hype? We realize not all of you have access to regular music stores where you can demo the product. We would like to invite you to try one of our instruments first and then deciding whether the it is the right fit for you. You can play in your studio or a cozy room – wherever you feel comfortable making music. If our products do not meet your expectations, we will arrange a return shipment. Polyend has a worldwide flat $49/€49 return fee per product to cover shipping costs.

How it works

First, you purchase the product from our store at polyend.com. The 45-day trial starts when your order arrives. If you feel the need to return the product within that 45-day period, all you need to do is contact us by email – provide all necessary details, and we will arrange a return process. When we receive the return, we will verify the product is in good condition, and the refund process is initiated. This can take 3-5 business days. The $49/€49 return fee will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded. The return fee is per product shipped. Please note this offer is only for instruments currently in production. It is not applicable to accessories, or discontinued products.

When it works

If you decide to return the product it must be returned in the same condition that you received it in. If there are signs identified as damaged by the user or missing accessories, we will need to adjust the return amount. The original instrument and shipping box are required for returns.
