“With the exception of the vocal snippets and 50’s B-Movie atmospheres, all of the sounds are stock Tracker samples. What I wanted to demonstrate with this was making use of the fill FX feature. Both the stab and bass samples have sliding pitches and filter movements. The tracker is great at using step FX for glitchy sounds but it is also more than capable of more traditional curved automation. The overall atmosphere of the track is enhanced by the repeating droning sound from an old movie in the background with added reverb and delay.”
