“I’m doing sample-based beats for over 20 years now. I love to experiment with different gear. most of my beats I produced on samplers like all kinds of MPCs, SPs & Maschine, but also on Ableton & Bitwig. Since I got the Polyend Tracker I’m in love with it. I always was inspired by a friend of mine who was doing his beats on the impulse tracker and he was crazy fast and created absolutely beautiful hip hop beats with it.

The first time I saw the Polyend Tracker, I knew I’ll have to try out this workflow on a hardware device. And it’s wonderful! I like the limitations but also all the twists to get around it. I’m able to record in a super-fast manner. Slice, then filter some chops and lay them down. There are so many ways to make your own workflow. The Tracker has the perfect size & design. It is always a pleasure to touch it. Sounds funny, but this is really important for me to be creative.”
