Scene: Blind Method – Happy Pollution

"Hi, I’m Blind Method, and I am discovering and shaping my Polyend Tracker techniques!"

“I wanted to get into this new machine and see how it fits in the studio. I used a bunch of functions to sneak into it. I used to load factory samples, trying to choose from very synthetic to organic sounds to get different textures. I really liked the Arc Noise sample pool, which contains great classics samples.

Then I programmed a beat with some random instruments, chances, and a lot of rolls functions all over the tracks of the piece. The synths are mostly worked with granular synthesis, boosted with LFO, filters, distortion, delay, reverb, and more. The arranger offers an easy way to finish a piece quickly. I found the workflow intuitive, fast and it has plenty of depth. This allows to keeping fun throughout the process. The way you can export by stems for post-production or continue your song out of the box is huge.

The random name auto generator function makes me laugh every time!”
